"a picture of my daughter, once a week, every week, in 2014."

when you were an infant, immediately upon meeting you, the first thing people commented on was how much you resembled your father. it shocked them, actually. i never argued with people because i, too, believed that you looked just like your dad. it wasn't until i took this photo earlier in the week that i could finally see tiny bits of myself in you. i won't lie- i really enjoy being able to take some small credit for your face because i happen to think that it's the most beautiful face ever.


ps. i realize that my little modini has been naked in now three out of four weekly photos. let's just say that i pick my battles these days.
