when you were born, we began calling you marlo monkey because, truth be told, you looked a little like a baby monkey. a lot like a baby monkey, actually. you were hairy, had huge dark eyes, and this round little noggin. but now, the name is far too fitting for comfort. always climbing, hanging, swinging. my nerves need a break from this stage of toddlerville.
