a summer reading list

there are few things i enjoy doing with my spare time more than sitting on a sandy beach under the sun (and a hat!) while reading a good book. add a cold beer- or seven- into the mix and it's all she wrote. pun not intended. 

i thought the day would never arrive but we're finally heading to kiawah, an island just outside of charleston, south carolina, towards the end of the month for an entire week and i'm taking all of these books down there with me. 

yes, all of them. 

yes, hard copies. 

i still buy real books. 

so sue me.
