i always knew that you would love him deeply and he, you. i never doubted the type of father he would be. i even prepared myself for being the odd man out at times because i knew just how much you two would mean to each other. what i wasn't adequately prepared for was just how much it would mean to me to see you two together and to see you loving each other. i've never been more sure of a decision i've made than i am of making that man your dad.
